SAAC meets every month while the Fall and Spring Semesters are in session. Meetings shall be held on the third Sunday night of each month. If the University is on break on the third Sunday, the following Sunday will be when the meeting is held.
Executive Board will meet once in between meetings to review what needs to be done and plan the next meeting.
