On-Campus Events
Our Loyola Maryland Love Your Melon Crew holds events on campus to spread awareness for pediatric cancer. As a crew we represent the brand through promotions and sales events. To do so, we set up a Love Your Melon table at activity fairs. We conduct raffles for students to win a beanie. As well as have students write encouraging letter to children battling pediatric cancer. Our on-campus events help us engage with students to further spread awareness for the important cause.
Hospital Visits
The Loyola LYM Crew makes visits to the pediatric units of local hospitals. We encourage our members to take part in a hospital visit a few times per semester. During these visits, crew members hang out and chat with children battling cancer. We hope to create positivity and a sense of relief for these children. A smile can go a long way.
