Productions
The Evergreen Players produce four to five productions a year. The productions occur through the groups The Evergreen Players (faculty or guest-directors), The Poisoned Cup Players, and Spotlight Productions.
Stop, Kiss
Poisoned Cup Players presented this play about Callie and Sara, two women in their twenties living in New York, and their love story, as well as how they cope with their lives after a hate crime occurs when they kiss for the first time. Directed by Emily Hopkins, stage managed by Vanessa Gleklen. October 24-27, 2019.
Love and Information
The Evergreen Players presented this play consisting of multiple scenes with many characters. Loyola explored this zany show November 21-24, 2019. Directed by Kyle Prue, stage managed by Emma Petruzelli.
American Soldiers
Spotlight Productions presents a story of family and sacrifices. Directed by Katie O'Donnell, stage managed by Joe Doyle. January 16-18, 2020.
Kid Simple: A Radio Play in the Flesh
The Evergreen Players present this play; "a quirky fable of innocence and experience, featuring live sound effects, mutinous onomatopoeia, and a host of woodsy temptations." Directed by Ann Turiano, stage manager Taylor Fleuhr. February 20-23, 2020.
Mamma Mia!
The Evergreen Players complete the season with a musical, which only happens every other year! The Grecian story of Sophie and her mom, Donna, as Sophie prepares to get married and discover who her father is so he can walk her down the aisle, set to the music of ABBA, is a wonderful show for all ages. Directed by Jim Bunzli, stage managed by Maggie Keary. April 16-19, 2020.
