An investogative jornalist who is secretly hiding that he is the host of an alien symbiote, Venom. The symbiote provides Brock with super-human abilities. Brock is investigating the serial killer, Cletus Kasady, when his relationship with Venom gets complicated.

A shapeshifting alien symbiote from the planet Klyntar. Venom is presumed dead after the explosion at the Life Foundation space probe, but he is undercover in Brock's body. Venom feels his talents are being wasted sitting around all day so he goes on a journey of self discovery.

Cletus Kasady

Played by: Woody Harrelson

A serial killer who manages to hide his victims for mant years. Kasady becomes the host of Carnage after an encounter with Eddie. He is motivated by the thought of his love, Frances Barrison, whom he met at St. Estes.

Carnage

Played by: Woody Harrelson

The symbiote offspring of Venom, created when Kasady takes a bite out of Brock. Carnages main motive is to kill his father, Venom.

Frances Barrison / Shriek

Played by: Naomie Harris

Kasady’s love intrest who has the ability to maniputlate sound energy through her screams. Tensions arise between her and Carnage.

Anne Weying

Played by: Michelle Williams

A defense attorney who is the ex-fiancée of Brock. Currently engaged to Dan Lewis, but still shows up when Brock needs her to.

Patrick Mulligan

Played by: Stephen Graham

The detective working alongside Brock to find the remains of Cletus Kasady’s victims. Mulligan becomes curious about what is going on with Brock as well.

Dan Lewis

A doctor and the fiancé of Anne Weying.
