About the Chimes

The Chimes have been a group at Loyola for at least 20 years. We adopted our name from the George Washington University group of the same name. The Chimes hold auditions every Fall, and occasionally in the Spring. We like to have between 12 and 16 members in the group at a time. While our main performances are at our Chordbusters concert at the end of each semester, we love performing at many campus wide events throughout the year. One of our favorites is ValenChimes, during which students can pay $5 and we will visit them or their friend at their room and sing for them. The proceeds go towards making our concert a success.
