So, we create a different video every week that will help you stay healthy and fit without actually getting to the gym -- all of which can be done from a dorm room!

What is High Intensity Interval Training?

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.

What are the benefits of HIIT?

HIIT training has been shown to improve: aerobic and anaerobic fitness, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, insulin regulation, and cognitive functioning.


What will I need to complete this workout?

Your body! There is no equipment required.
