Short Film Reccomendations

As it is our first operating semester, we have no finished products to show. In the meantime here are some excellent short films that we aspire to match in terms of quality:

Snake Bite-10 minutes For better or for worse, this film makes you feel something. The setting is simple, the characters are great, and it's a perfect example of an inciting incident.

Trevor-20 minutes This is an iconic film that started The Trevor Project. It's light and playful at times but also plays with really serious problems and can get really dramatic.

The Answers-8 minutes This film is a wonder. A deviation from narrative film, the way they set up the film and take us on this man's psychological journey is beautiful.

How to Lose Weight in Four Easy Steps!-8 minutesThis film stars Beck Bennett and is a great example of how a film can be funny and also make us feel something.

Trespass-10 minutes This fantastic film won a bunch of awards in Australia. It is a great example of something dramatic with minimal dialogue.
