1 Hour workout for a 36 hour burn. Heart rate based interval training backed by EPOC. No two workouts are the same. There are different focuses during each workout as well being: endurance, strength, power, a combination of two of those and even ESP, which is endurance strength and power all in 60 mintues while tracking your heart rate in the 5 heart rate zones.
