For a panini, I highly suggest All'Antico Vinaio, Pino's, and Oil Shoppe. The two best pizza places are Gusta Pizza and Pizzeria O'Vesuvio! And for pasta, I suggest Osteria De Benci, Il Gatto E La Volpe, Trattoria 12 Gobbi, Il Profeta, Aqua Al 2, La Giostra, and Buca Mario. While these are my main reccomendations, you really can't go wrong when it comes to the food in Florence. All of the food is simply delicious.
