A View of Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah

Bryce Canyon is a beautiful example of the power of erosion. The softer rocks erode faster than the harder rocks, leaving the canyon with varying column shaped rocks called hoodoos. Each different colored layer of rock you see was formed over hundreds of years. The power of wind and water has slowly eaten away at these layers over time, giving us this beautiful national park.
