Season Preview
The 2020-2021 season saw the men's tennis team compile an 3-12 record, however members of the team do not believe this record serves the team justice and are out for vengeance this year. With the addition of a few fiesty freshman the men's tennis team has high hopes for the 2021-2022 season.
The team is led by senior captains Skyler Gates, Benny Glezer, Colin Corsini and Edik Pribitkin. Gates has had a prominent role on the team in past years occupying the first singles position. Meanwhile, Glezer is looking forward to a strong 2022 spring season after rehabbing his shoulder in the fall.
The men's team will begin their season on February 26th, on the road against Howard University. Throughout the season the team will travel to places like Philadelphia to play against Villanova and West Point, NY to take on Army.
The team will round out its season playing the Patriot League Championships at the Naval Academy. The team has never made it past the quarterfinals of the Patriot League Championship, but is looking to change that narrative this coming April.
